PLA Eastern Theater Command Conducts Joint Readiness Patrols in Relevant Waters and Airspace of the East China Sea

東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)新聞發(fā)言人徐承華陸軍大校表示，4月18日，中國(guó)人民解放軍東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)位東海相關(guān)海空域，組織?？毡﹂_展聯(lián)合戰(zhàn)備巡航，這是年度計(jì)劃內(nèi)的正常安排，旨在檢驗(yàn)部隊(duì)聯(lián)合作戰(zhàn)能力。戰(zhàn)區(qū)部隊(duì)將根據(jù)安全形勢(shì)需要，常態(tài)組織有關(guān)軍事行動(dòng)，維護(hù)國(guó)家主權(quán)安全和地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定。

Senior Colonel Xu Chenghua, spokesperson of the PLA Eastern Theater Command: On April 18, the PLA Eastern Theater Command dispatched naval and air assets to conduct joint readiness patrols in relevant waters and airspace of the East China Sea. This was a routine arrangement organized in accordance with the annual plan, aiming at testing the joint operations capabilities. The troops of the Theater Command will routinely organize relevant military operations based on the need of the security situation, and safeguard state sovereignty and security as well as regional peace and stability.
